About the Speakers:

 Randy Brunson is the founding principal of Centurion Advisory Group.  He has invested most of his thirty five year career in the area of financial services and helped found Centurion Advisory Group in 2006.  Randy studied engineering and marketing at UT Chattanooga, and he currently holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF^®) designation.   He has completed studies in qualified plan design, estate planning, and business transition planning.

Kiyo Kojima is a partner at the law firm of Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP, and routinely advises clients in corporate formation, governance and compliance matters.  He also counsels clients in all areas of labor and employment law - including benefits, plan design, and plan management matters - and as a part of this, represents employers before government agencies such as the EEOC, DOL, and NLRB.
