A 20-year veteran in food manufacturing with roles in maintenance management, plant engineering and operations management, Ron switched sides of the table and has spent the last 7 years as a sales engineer, solving issues for customers in compressed air, vacuum, pressure blowers, and pumps. His background in maintenance and engineering allows him to better understand his customers daily plant maintenance needs as well as their strategic initiatives for cost savings and capital investments.
