Adam Bowling

Adam Bowling is a mid-market employee benefits consultant based in Atlanta. Adam began at USI in February of 2025 and comes from an agency where he was a mid-market producer for 2 years, however, Adam has been in human resources and related support positions for over 10 years.

Adam gained experience in leadership as a branch manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car before working as an HR Administrator and instructor at a youth sports organization, 643DP Athletics. His experience as a people leader and HR administrator led him to ADP where he was a President’s Club seller as an individual contributor as well as in his leadership role there.

After beginning college on a baseball scholarship to Mercer University, Adam transferred to Georgia State University where he continued playing baseball and completed his BBA in Management. Before using his degree, Adam decided to continue pursuing his passion and was a late free agent sign by the Chicago White Sox in 2007, Adam continued to play baseball professionally until 2010.

Adam continues to support youth organizations and does so by working as a liaison to the board of the 643DP Foundation. The mission of the foundation is to enhance the lives of youth through sports, the primary areas they seek to accomplish this are community improvement and outreach efforts, scholarship assistance programs, and volunteer service projects.

Adam grew up in Cobb County and currently lives in Marietta with his wife Jenny and 2 boys, Tyson and Parker.
