Christian Sutherland

I have been working in construction since 2012. I started off doing concrete foundations for custom homes as a summer job. A year later I decided I wanted to be in the construction industry after deciding that the medical field wasn't meant for me. I interned with Evergreen Construction my junior year and Hayward Baker my senior year. After college I accepted a job as a Field Engineer for Hayward Baker primarily focusing on deep foundations. I soon realized that I wanted to become a PM for a General Contractor and followed my instincts. I worked for T.D. Farrell for 2.5 years as an APM doing commercial retail and then I started working for Choate.  At Choate I felt like I was finally were I needed and wanted to be. After 3 short months they decided to let me run my first warehouse project and successfully completed it 10 months later. Soon after they awarded me with a promotion to Project Manager and I am currently working on my second warehouse.
